Are you interested in creating a passive income stream in perpetuity while sharing the love for all things MasterCRE?

Then you are in the right place.

We're interested in developing a MasterCRE affiliate program to leverage the power of partnerships to drive user acquisition, engagement, brand recognition, and overall revenue.

Our plan to achieve this is to offer attractive commissions and incentives to affiliates who successfully refer qualified, committed Members, drive traffic, and contribute to the platform's overall growth and brand awareness. This affiliate program will be structured around tiered commission structures, performance-based bonuses, and robust tracking mechanisms to ensure transparency and mutual benefit.

Now, before you get all jazzed ... we're not just looking for anyone.

Our ideal affiliates are:

Commercial Real Estate Professionals:

Brokers;
Agents;
Investors;
Developers;
Property managers;
Appraisers;
Other "third-party market participants," such as:
- Lawyers
- Accountants
- Capital Sources
- Consultants
- Anyone else having regular and direct access to our target audience, which is anyone either involved in the CRE space, or that wants to be. For example, the primary "target avatar" of MasterCRE is the 18-to-30-year-old demographic that is either in the CRE industry - or wants to be - but has limited avenues to develop the skill sets required for massive success in this industry.

All of the above must demonstrate the ability to regularly, consistently, and significantly contribute to overall revenue. This isn't an opportunity for 'one-and-done' referrals.

Commercial Real Estate Influencers:

Bloggers;
Social Media Influencers and Personalities;
Thought Leaders;
Speakers;
Names in academia - preferably affiliated with a major university or institute of higher learning with a dedicated real estate and/or finance curriculum.

All of the above must have a strong, proven, and demonstrable following, brand value, or both in the commercial real estate industry or related academia.

Complementary Service Providers:

Companies offering products and services to the Commercial Real Estate Industry (legal, financial/capital, insurance, leasing, management, technology, etc.) that will reciprocally and effectively facilitate cross-promotion and cross-branding opportunities.

Associations and Organizations:

Partnerships with relevant industry bodies, professional organizations, universities, and other groups having national or global influence in the commercial real estate sector that results in large exposure to the MasterCRE platform.

All of the above would also be expected to contribute to increasing the depth, breadth, reach, and promotion of both MasterCRE Membership and its brand value, and in ways such as: writing articles and/or blog posts; podcasts, webinars, coachings, and/or trainings in one of the many groups and channels on the MasterCRE platform; contributing digital assets, or; any combination of the above. Existing affiliates are encouraged to refer new Affiliate Partners during the course of their regular affiliate activities.

Commission Structure and Incentives:

Tiered Commission Structure
- Tier 1 (Base):
  A competitive commission rate for each new member signup or lead generated through an affiliate link, which would be a percentage of membership fees or a fixed dollar amount per qualified lead (e.g., a lead who fills out a contact form or downloads a resource).
- Tier 2 (Performance Bonus):
  Higher commission rates for affiliates who consistently exceed performance targets (e.g., a certain number of signups per month or quarter).
- Tier 3 (Super-Affiliate):
  Exclusive perks and even higher commissions for top-performing affiliates. This could include revenue sharing on premium features or services.

Incentives:
- Cash Bonuses:
  Cash bonuses will be offered for reaching predetermined milestones or achieving specific goals.
- Free or Discounted MasterCRE Platform Access:
  Provide affiliates with complimentary access to premium features or services.
- Co-Branded Marketing Materials:
  Create customized marketing assets for affiliates to use in their promotions.
- Exclusive Events and Networking Opportunities:
  Invite top affiliates to exclusive events and networking opportunities.
- Public Recognition:
  Feature top-performing affiliates on your platform and social media channels.
