The posting, sharing, communicating, or transferring of any pornographic, sexually explicit, or mature adult content.

Anything involving the exploitation of children or minors; MasterCRE has zero tolerance for content that depicts the sexual exploitation of children. Do not share, post, transmit, or solicit child exploitation material through or using this Platform. Do not use MasterCRE in any way to facilitate, encourage, or engage in the abuse or exploitation of children. Whenever we become aware of apparent child exploitation, we immediately report it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC; https://www.missingkids.org/home).

Any racist, sexist, bigoted, discriminatory, or non-inclusive material that may be considered offensive to anyone.

Any shockingly or gratuitously graphic, grotesque, morbid, sadistic or obscene content, such as the depiction of bodily injury, severe physical or sexual violence, activities that promote or encourage suicide or any type of self-injury, including self-mutilation and eating disorders.

The use, incitement, or conveyance of any inflammatory language, acts or behaviors, such as: racial, sexual, religious, ethnic, or any other discrimination of any kind; prejudice; bigotry; hate speech in any form; name-calling; targeted personal attacks; intimidation; shaming; disparagement; abusive language directed at other members; cyber-bullying and/or cyber-stalking; any form of harassment, sexual or otherwise; preaching; ranting; religious or spiritual proclamations; doxing; inciting controversy or violence; aggression; offensively venting frustrations; making any personal attacks or threats; any abusive behavior, sexual or otherwise; physical or emotional intimidation; any proclamations or declarations for any political party, governmental agency or entity, or; the promotion of any activist cause(s).

The incitement, promotion, threatening, or glorification of violence of any kind – emotional, physical, or otherwise; hazing; property damage, or; any organized criminal activity - you may not use the MasterCRE platform to express support for such individuals or groups, or to otherwise glorify violence of any kind.

The revelation, sharing, or dissemination of any other MasterCRE Member’s personal, sensitive, or confidential information, or inciting or encouraging others to do the same.

Any kind or type of trolling or other repetitive negative content that disrupts, harasses, or intimidates other MasterCRE Members or conversations on the platform, or that diminishes a MasterCRE Member’s user experience in any way.

The sharing of any log-in information, access credentials, or any data - personal or otherwise belonging to either MasterCRE or any other Members, intellectual property, or any other content that is part of this MasterCRE platform; violation will result not only in immediate and permanent termination of your Membership, but the immediate and permanent termination of anyone with whom you shared this intellectual property, if said party/parties is/are Members, and with no credits, refunds, or exceptions. MasterCRE reserves the right to pursue all venues and remedies available to it, and to the fullest extent of the law, which may include, but not be limited to, punitive damages.

Any fraudulent or unethical behavior, the intentional misleading or defrauding of anyone, whether such party/parties is/are MasterCRE Members.

Any kind of unwanted expressions of attraction, desire, requests for romantic relationships, marriage proposals, sexual advances or innuendo, or lewd remarks. MasterCRE is a global professional platform – not a dating site; the Platform does not allow for the pursuit of any romantic connections, requests for romantic dates, or the provision of any sexual commentary on someone's appearance or perceived attractiveness.  Do not send unwanted advances in messages, posts, or comments or send sexually explicit images, texts, emails, or any other communications to anyone on the platform.

Any activity that facilitates, supports, or condones the purchase or sale of illegal or dangerous goods, services, drugs, firearms, contraband, banned substances, prostitution, or escort services.

Any activity promoting or distributing fake educational and/or professional certifications, the sale of any scraped data, any proxy test-taking or instructions on creating forged official documents.

Spamming, phishing, baiting, and trolling of any kind will not be tolerated.

Any fake or fraudulent profiles, or falsified information about yourself or other Members, including the posting of misleading or deceptive information about yourself, your business, your qualifications, work experience, affiliations, or achievements.  Do not use an image of someone else, or any other image that is not your likeness for your profile photo. Do not associate yourself with a business or organization with which you are not actually professionally associated.  Do not use or attempt to use another person's account or likeness or create a member profile for anyone other than yourself. Do not share your MasterCRE account, data, or credentials with anyone else.

Any fraud, scam, or deception of any Members or others, including the facilitation of romantic scams, the promotion of pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing businesses, phishing attempts, or the sharing or installation of malicious software that puts MasterCRE Members, the Platform, the Services, or the Content at risk.

Any lotteries, contests, sweepstakes, games of chance, or giveaways.

Any sensationalizing or capitalizing on any tragic events for commercial purposes or profiteering.

Any support of any terrorist organizations or violent extremist groups on this Platform. Content depicting terrorist activity that is intended to recruit for terrorist organizations, or that threatens, promotes, or supports terrorism in any manner is not tolerated, and you will be immediately reported to the appropriate law enforcement professionals, zero exceptions.

Any fake, intentionally false or misleading, or inaccurate information about MasterCRE, any MasterCRE Member(s), Affiliates, Preferred Partners, or any other related interest or their organization(s), or the sharing of such.

Any sharing of any content that interferes with, or improperly influences, any election or any other civic process.

Any synthetic or manipulated media, including ‘deep-fakes’ or Artificial Intelligence (AI), that depicts a person saying something they did not say, or doing something they did not do - without clearly disclosing the fake or altered nature of the content.
