HOW PRIVATE STUDIO WORKS. THE LONGER VERSION.

A private, curated path to develop your CRE capabilities that matter next.

Most CRE training starts with a syllabus and asks you to fit it. MasterCRE Private Studio starts with the capability you need to build, hands-on, on your own work. We settle the right next move together, then build the term around it. I read every application myself.

STEP 1

START HERE

Read all four "MasterCRE Private Studio" offers here. Do not pick one yet.

The Studio Diagnostic offer is one paid hour. The remaining three offers - "Studio Foundations," "Studio Applied," and "Studio Advanced" - are the same 90-day work at different paces. You are not choosing the offer now; the right offer is decided together, once I know exactly what you are trying to accomplish and based upon Step 2.

STEP 2

APPLY

Ten minutes that tell me who you are and what you need.

Every "Apply" button on this site opens the same application; there is only one door. In about ten minutes you share your CRE context, the capabilities you want to demonstrate within 90 days, why it matters now, how you would prove it, what you have tried, the time you can protect, and whether the investment fits. Nothing confidential; redacted examples are welcome. The application is the preparation for our call, so the 25 minutes are spent on you, not wasted on the basics.

STEP 3

BOOK YOUR FIT CALL

The calendar will show on the next screen. Book before you leave it.

The moment you submit your completed application, the booking calendar will appear. Choose any 25-minute slot one business day out or later; the calendar opens no sooner than that, so I have read your application before we talk. Your confirmation email carries the same link in case you closed the tab. Every completed application gets the call, and the only way to access the calendar is through the application.

STEP 4

THE FIT CALL

A 25-minute video call. No charge, no obligation, no sales pitch.

No recommendation can be made from a form alone. We talk: you clarify what you wrote, and I ask what the application could not. We settle your starting point, the outcome you want, the constraints you work within, and what evidence of progress looks like to you. By the end we both know what you need to be able to do by Day 90 and whether I can get you there. If I cannot, I tell you on the call, and what to do next - even if it is not with me or MasterCRE.

STEP 5

THE RECOMMENDATION

One of three answers, in writing, and within one business day.

At the close of the Fit Call I tell you the direction I believe best serves you, and why. Within one business day you receive one email confirming the outcome to which we agreed, either:

1) a "MasterCRE Private Studio" offer - either "Studio Foundations," "Studio Applied," or "Studio Advanced " - with objectives, rationale, scope, investment, and exclusions, or;

2) a Studio Diagnostic, when one paid hour on your material will tell us more than a term would, or;

3) a clear “not a fit,” with a better next step customized just for you.

The email carries the agreement and the payment link, and also includes exactly how to proceed - nothing happens until both the agreement is fully executed and the payment has been made. Everything in it was discussed and agreed upon on the Fit Call, so there are zero surprises.

STEP 6

YOUR SEAT

Agreement fully executed. First payment received. Your seat held.

If you choose to proceed and a seat is open, your seat is held once both the fully executed agreement and the first payment are received. We then reserve your Session One date together; your 90-day term begins on that date - NOT on the day you apply, sign, or pay. That same day you receive your Welcome Package: your Studio Brief, a one-page form where you set down where you stand today, what you want to be able to do by Day 90, and how you would prove it, due before Session One; and the link to book Session One.

STEP 7

SESSION ONE

We write the 90-day plan, we sign it, and we start the work. Together.

In Session One we turn your Studio Brief into your Studio Plan: the one-page document we both sign that governs your tailored and customized 90-day term. It states the outcome you are working toward, how we will prove it at Day 90, the sequence of work, the milestones, the session cadence, and what is out of scope. It also records where you start on the Studio Standard, a "0" to "4" scale: "0" means you cannot yet perform the task(s); "4" means you can apply the skill(s) to a new situation and catch your own errors. Your Day 1 rating goes in the plan, so that your Day 90 rating is measured against it. Before the session ends, every session for the term is booked on the calendar.

STEP 8

THE 90 DAYS

Session reviews, and a record that you keep.

Private, one-to-one sessions on your materials and at your level’s pace. Recorded reviews of your work between them. Written progress reviews at Days 30, 60, and 90, each measured on the Studio Standard. At Day 90 you leave with your Capability Record: one page documenting the work completed, the evidence demonstrated, your rating on Day 1 and Day 90, and what you can now do that you could not do before.

Caveats.

If Studio Diagnostic is recommended for you.

The Studio Diagnostic stands on its own and is not a hurdle on the way to an offer term. Pay the $500, send a short brief, and hold the hour within seven days. Two business days later you have a written diagnosis: where you stand on the a 0 to 4 Studio Standard, the one gap that matters most, and what to build first. If you start any other MasterCRE Private Studio offer within 14 days of your written diagnosis, the $500 is credited against your first payment, monthly or paid in full, and we pick up at Step 6 above; the Fit Call is already done.

If Private Studio is not the right fit.

If neither the Studio Diagnostic nor any of the remaining three MasterCRE Private Studio offer levels fits where you are or what you want to achieve, I will tell you so on the Fit Call, plainly and promptly, and point you to a more useful next step, even when that step is not with me or MasterCRE.

Limited Availability.

There are ten founding seats across the three MasterCRE Private Studio levels (except Studio Diagnostic), first-come, first-served, filled in the order agreements are fully executed and the first payment is made. When they are full, the application stays open and leads to the Studio Waitlist: you hear from me the day a seat opens, with your first right of refusal to it held for 48 hours. The Studio Diagnostic stays available throughout.
